a grief shared
“grief changes shape, but it never ends.” – Keanu Reeves
Grief looks different for everyone; it comes in and out of our lives in varied shapes and forms – and is not limited only to those who have lost a loved one. There are many who experience “ambiguous loss;” loss that can occur without ever reaching a clear understanding or a felt sense of emotional integration. One thing is certain, we cannot and should not hold the pain of our grief alone. Wherever and however you are experiencing loss, we invite you to come and share your story in a safe and supportive space. Our group meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Ascension Chapel. Please contact Laurie Burns if you need further information.
