We are happy to be able to share programs that help adults to examine their faith and the human condition, deepening their connection to God and each other.
Lectio Divina emerged from the fourth century Christian Desert Mothers and Fathers. It is a practice of scriptural reading, meditation, and prayer opening to a deeper communion with God. It does not treat Scripture as texts to be studied, but as a way to listen as God speaks.
Please join us Wednesdays from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm as Barry Burns leads us along these beautiful steps on the Spiritual Journey.Explore Lectio Divina »
Education for Ministry
Every baptized person is called to ministry. The Education for Ministry (EfM) program provides people with the education to carry out that ministry. EfM offers an opportunity to discover how to respond to the call to Christian service.
By examining their own beliefs and their relationship to our culture and the tradition of our Christian faith, participants can learn what it means to be effective ministers in the world. In coming to terms with the notion that everything we do has potential for manifesting the love of Christ, we discover that our ministry is at hand wherever we turn.Learn About The Program »
