Dear Epiphany Family,
This Lenten season at Epiphany has been a call for us to ask ourselves, “Where have we seen or participated in unselfish acts of love.” It has been a time of growing in the knowledge and love of God, our neighbors, and ourselves. The message crying out for us through Lent, all through Holy Week, to Easter and beyond, reminds us that to be followers of Jesus (not just fans!) is to walk in the Way of Love.
I would like to invite you to consider various ways you can continue to live and grow into our Epiphany Mission, Vision, and Core Values, as Holy Week approaches…
Practice Radical Love, Joyful Service, and Faithful Learning every day in the ordinariness of life. Buy the meal or the coffee for the person behind you in the drive through line. Take an extra moment after asking someone how they are to really pay attention and respond from the heart.
Invite neighbors, friends, and family to join you in church. Offer to drive someone who is unable to drive themselves. Many people search for a church to attend on Easter and your invitation may be a true grace moment in their lives.
Prayerfully consider a special Easter offering to support Epiphany. Envelopes can be found in the back of the chair in front of you at church. Or you may mail your offering to the church or donate through our website.
And finally…
Come to our services (think of them as all one service)
March 24 – Palm Sunday 10:00 AM
March 28 – Maundy Thursday 7:00 PM
March 29 – Good Friday – 12 noon
March 29 – Tenebrae (Latin for “Darkness”) 7:00 PM
March 30 – Liturgy of the Light 4:00 PM – With Easter Egg Hunt
March 30 – Great Vigil of Easter 8:00 PM

I pray you will take time during this season to encounter the Risen Christ in your life. And that you will come to participate and worship with us in order that you might experience firsthand the beauty and depth of a meaningful journey through Holy Week. May you also experience the joy of participating in the mission and ministry of Epiphany by sharing your gifts, your treasure, and yourselves with us.
Blessings in the Name of the Risen Christ!
